The dog with a snowman hat really has nothing to do with that post, other than just to produce you smile and keep ing. There’s some great work going on around the web, including explaining that toy hamster thing and reminders about where to recycle your live holiday trees.
With the end of the first week of the Copenhagen Climate Conference, ecorazzi has highlighted five original climate songs by various artists in support of Copenhagen. The videos are rounded up by there, so go see what they’re singing!
On Monday, I wrote about the Zhu Zhu hamster concerns, and now The Smart Mama blog has an update about Green Guide’s admission they used the wrong experiment. The blogger, Jennifer, additionally tries to decide whether the whole thing was a publicity stunt pulled by Green Guide.

Ecosalon has Unlist: 9 Holiday Gifts Not to Buy. Luanne has a good point about those silly pre-made gift baskets with junky food. form your own for less and be in control.
The Earth 911 blog is highlighting 5 Fun Holiday Craft Ideas, including the Treecycle Ornament you can download and assemble yourself at home. It’s a good reminder of where to find recycling locations for your live Christmas tree.
And Jennifer of Tree Hugging Family fame has a great informative post about last-minute green gifts online, including shipping dates. Unfortunately many green goods aren’t always available locally, so be certain you don’t run out of moment to order online.
