Linkin Park Singer Bares Chest, Tattoos For PETA Ad

Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington has shed his clothes in support of animal rights. The rocker is starring in a new ad for PETA2, the young adult division of the organization, to draw attention to its ‘Ink, Not Mink’ campaign. “What’s really urgent for citizens to understand is the cruelty behind the fur industry,” he says. “Electrocuting animals, skinning them while they’re alive – these are acts of inhumanity.

considering it’s out of sight, it’s usually out of mind for most citizens, and we need to show our respect for all creatures of that world.”

According to PETA, Chester additionally promotes adopting homeless animals rather than buying animals from pet stores and encourages his fans to always spay and neuter their dogs and cats.
