Old, stained tired t-shirts are relegated to the rag pile in my house. I use them for cleaning, painting or anything that constructs a mess. I came across a new use for these neglected tees today and that is to turn them into twine to support garden plants.
To compose t-shirt twine, simply start at the bottom and cut a continual spiral all the way up. You can vary the width depending on what your project is.
